1、 Sling

Slings must be checked regularly.

2、 Lubrication

The working performance and service life of each mechanism of gantry crane largely depend on lubrication. During lubrication, the maintenance and lubrication of mechanical and electrical products should refer to their own instructions, and the traveling crane, crane girder, etc. should be injected with grease once a week. When the hoist is filled with industrial gear oil (sy1172-80) 200, the oil level should be checked frequently and supplemented in time.

3、 Steel wire rope

Pay attention to the broken wire of the steel wire rope. If there is a broken wire, broken strand or the abrasion reaches the scrapping standard, the new rope should be replaced in time. The steel wire rope that can be selected includes phosphating coated steel wire rope, galvanized steel wire rope and smooth steel wire rope.

4、 Pulley block

Mainly check whether the rope groove is worn, whether the rim is cracked and whether the pulley is stuck on the shaft.

5、 Wheel

Check the rim and tread regularly. When the wear or cracking of the rim reaches 10% of the thickness, replace it with a new wheel. When the diameter difference between the two driving wheels on the tread exceeds d/600, or there are serious scars on the tread, it should be polished again.

6、 Brake

Check once per shift. The brake shall act accurately, and the pin shaft shall not be stuck. The brake shoe should fit the brake wheel correctly, and the brake shoe clearance should be equal when releasing the brake
