1. Survey on the spot and do a good job in protection

Carry out on-the-spot investigation on the installation of single beam cranes, and even solve the risk areas. The staff carried out on-site knowledge education for all staff at the construction site to interpret various regulations and common problems in the whole process of project construction. This is the preparation work in advance before the installation of the chain stacking single beam crane. 2. Track pavement

Hoist the single beam crane track to the bearing main beam, and prepare the track notes and special installation tools in advance. Accurately measure the span specification and flatness of driving. One by one, use a manual hoist to pull the rail onto the steel frame structure and fix it with a hook wire. Make sure that the span and the seam between the rail joints are clear, and the rail is fixed. 3. Whole equipment lifting

Lift the load-bearing beam of the single beam crane to the track with a crane, and select an appropriately long galvanized steel wire rope according to the height of the industrial plant. The length of the rope should be reduced as much as possible for the crane beam and beam, and the lifting height should be expanded. 4. Installation and adjustment of electrical equipment

Connect the electrical system of the single beam gantry crane according to the sample drawing of the commodity, and route the sliding contact wire collector / wire rope drum flexible cable. Install all travel switches according to the sample drawing. Install three-phase indicator lights on the top wall of the guide rail. Install the air leakage switch of switching power supply and connect it with the soft cable of sliding contact wire / steel wire rope drum. Accurately measure the grounding resistance of the main control circuit and control circuit of electrical equipment, and the resistance value meets the requirements of gb50256-96.
