2. During the working process, the operator should concentrate on idling before lifting, and then lifting. The lifted object should be 100 ~ 150mms off the ground. If it is found that the lifted object is not tightly bound, it should be re bound. The signal bell should be sent before driving; The lifted object shall not pass over the head. When the crown block starts, it is strictly prohibited to repair, inspect, refuel and wipe the machine parts. If a fault is found during operation, it must be stopped immediately.

3. When the work is terminated, stop the crown block on the parking line and lift the hook in place. No heavy objects shall be hung on the hook. Put all controllers and levers to the zero position, pull off the power switch, and lock the cab door.

4. The bridge crane must be equipped with reliable and sensitive devices. Generally, there are buffers, limiters (travel limiters, lifting limiters), lifting limiters, wind proof rail clamping pliers, etc.

5. The shells of all live parts of the crane shall be reliably grounded to avoid accidental electric shock accidents of operators. When the trolley track is not welded on the main beam, it should also be grounded by welding, and the step-down transformer should be grounded on the low-voltage side as required.
