Problems of contactor coil of gantry crane
Using the gantry crane, the following minor accidents will inevitably occur. As long as we understand the reasons, it will be much easier to solve them. Today we will take a look at the reason why the contactor coil of the gantry crane is powered off.
1. The vibration generated during the operation of the crane makes the combination of the sliding iron and the guide rail not firm, and the power supply has problems, which causes the main contact and normally open auxiliary contact of the main contactor to be disconnected at the same time, and the self-locking failure of the coil of the main contactor leads to power failure.
2. The local poor contact of the sliding iron causes the instantaneous phase loss when the crane travels to a certain section of the sliding rail. If the missing phase happens to be connected to the control line, the coil of the main contactor will be powered off and the self-locking will fail. Even if the bridge crane is powered on again after sliding over the poor contact due to inertia, the coil of the main contactor will not be able to pull in by itself, and the start button should be pressed again.
3. The vibration generated by the crane when lifting heavy objects makes the main contactor unable to close firmly, the main contact and normally open auxiliary contact are disconnected at the same time due to vibration, and the coil self-locking of the main contactor fails and the power is cut off.
