1. General hook bridge crane
The general hook bridge crane is composed of metal structure, crane running mechanism, trolley running mechanism, lifting mechanism, electrical and control system. The pick-up device is a hook. Most of the hoisting mechanisms with a rated lifting capacity of less than 10t are one hoisting mechanism, and those with a rated lifting capacity of more than j5t are two hoisting mechanisms, the main one and the auxiliary one. This kind of crane can load, unload and handle materials and equipment in a variety of working environments.
2. Grab bridge crane
The pick-up device of the grab bridge crane is the grab, which is connected with the grab, lifting mechanism and opening and closing mechanism by steel wire rope. It is mainly used for loading, unloading and hoisting of bulk cargo, waste steel, timber, etc. In addition to the lifting and closing mechanism, the structural components of this crane are the same as those of the general hook bridge crane. 3. Electromagnetic bridge crane
The basic structure of the electromagnetic bridge crane is the same as that of the hook bridge crane, except that a DC lifting electromagnet (called electromagnetic disk) is hung on the hook to hoist ferrous metals and their products with magnetic conductivity. Usually, the structure of the lifting mechanism is the same as that of the hook bridge crane, but the whole set of electrical equipment used has explosion-proof performance to prevent explosion or combustion accidents caused by electric sparks in the use of the crane. It is mainly used in workshops, warehouses or other places with inflammables and explosives. At present, there are many product specifications.
4. Insulated hook bridge crane
The structural type of this lifting sail is basically the same as that of the general hook bridge crane, but in order to prevent the current of the live equipment from passing through the hoisted object to the crane during the working process and endangering the driver, it is required to set five insulation devices in the hook group, trolley frame, small wheel (or under the trolley track). It is mainly used in factories smelting aluminum and magnesium. At present, there are several products with rated lifting capacity of 5, 10, 15/3t, etc.
5. Hoist double beam bridge crane
This punching crane is a kind of hook bridge crane. The bridge structure is the same as that of the general hook bridge crane, and it also uses a lifting trolley, but the lifting mechanism on the trolley frame is an electric hoist, rather than a motor reducer drum system. This crane is a new product developed in recent years. It has the characteristics of small overall height, light trolley weight and low mass center. At present, the rated lifting capacity has reached more than 30t. Its adaptability is also very extensive.
