Precautions during operation of bridge crane

In order to ensure the bridge crane operator, pay more attention to some matters when operating the bridge crane.

Precautions during operation of overhead crane:

1. When lifting heavy objects once per shift (or when the load reaches a large weight), the heavy objects shall be put down again after being lifted 0.5m above the ground, the brake performance shall be checked, and the normal operation shall be carried out after it is confirmed to be reliable.

2. Strictly implement the "ten no lifting" system of Shandong bridge crane manufacturer:

① Do not lift if the command signal is unclear or the command is disorderly;

② Do not lift when the rated lifting capacity is exceeded;

③ Do not lift if the lifting appliance is used improperly or the objects are not tied firmly;

④ Do not lift when there are people on the lifting object or other floating objects;

⑤ Failure of holding brake or other braking devices;

⑥ The crane shall not lift the heavy object when it is directly processed;

⑦ Pulling and hanging askew without lifting;

⑧ Do not lift explosive objects;

⑨ Objects buried underground shall not be hoisted;

⑩ Objects with edges and corners shall not be hoisted without padding;

3. In case of any abnormality, stop the machine immediately, cut off the power supply, check the cause and eliminate it in time.

Before the operation of the bridge crane, the single beam bridge crane with cab and the driver taking over the shift shall inspect the hook, steel wire rope and other components according to the requirements of the spot inspection card. If any abnormality is found, it shall be eliminated. For the single beam bridge crane operated on the ground, each shift shall have a special person responsible for checking according to the requirements of the spot check card, and any abnormal conditions shall be eliminated.
