1. PLC automatic control. The operation of each mechanism of the crane depends on the program control device. Now the crane is mostly controlled by the programmable controller.

2. Automatic positioning device control. The automatic positioning of crane generally determines the mechanism form of the device according to the use environment and accuracy requirements of the controlled object. The automatic positioning device usually uses various detection elements to cooperate with relays, contactors or programmable controllers to achieve the purpose of automatic positioning.

3. The ground operation, wired and wireless remote control hoist crane adopts ground control, and its key component is the manual button switch. Wired remote control is a method that uses a special cable or power line as a carrier to transmit signals with a modem, so that control can be realized with only a few channels. Automatic deviation correction means that when the deviation exceeds a certain value, the deviation correction instruction generator sends out instructions, and the system automatically corrects the deviation. Electrical synchronization is a kind of electric shaft system with equalizing motor to realize electrical synchronization in AC drive.
