3. The hoisting machinery shall be inspected and accepted after entering the site. The reassembled hoisting machinery shall be subject to trial operation as required, including static load and dynamic load tests, and the sensitivity and reliability of various devices shall be tested. After the derrick is assembled according to the scheme, it shall be subject to trial hoisting inspection and can be used only after it is confirmed to meet the requirements;
4. In addition to regular maintenance and repair as required, the truck crane shall also undergo regular operation tests every year, including rated load and overload tests, to inspect its mechanical performance, structural deformation and load capacity. If it fails to meet the requirements, it shall be used with reduced load;
5. Lifting slings and slings shall be inspected and accepted piece by piece according to the design requirements of the construction scheme before use;
6. The operation road of the overhead crane shall be checked, and the subgrade box and other paving measures shall be taken when the ground endurance requirements are not met;
7. The materials for various protective measures, the erection of scaffolds and the preparation of enclosures in hazardous operation areas for the hoisting of bridge cranes shall meet the requirements of the scheme.
