1. Set the mast in the middle of the crane main beam and slightly close to the side of the heavier main beam, so that the lifting equipment will not tilt, and firmly bind the electric hoist on the main beam and lift at the same time.
2. When lifting, it should be kept stable and cannot swing at will. In order to enable people to control, ropes can be tied at both ends of the equipment.
3. Use the winch and mast to thread the rope into the lifting hole for lifting.
4. Hoist the equipment to a proper height, fix the control room on the connecting frame and the connecting seat with bolts, and then weld the connecting seat on the main beam and the cross beam respectively according to the attached drawings.
5. When the equipment is hoisted beyond the track, pull the rope to twist, and gradually fall to make the wheel groove of the crane locomotive align with the track and fall slowly.
