1. Check whether various limiters are sensitive and reliable
2. Raise the hook to the position. The distance between hook shell and winder shell shall be greater than 50m.
3. Lower the hook to the position and ensure that the wire rope on the ring is not less than 3 turns.
4. Whether the buffers at both ends of the I-beam can be ensured and whether they are firm.
5. Whether the travel limiter of the traveling mechanism is sensitive and can move quickly.
6. Check the motor and brake. There is no abnormal sound during crane hoisting. No obvious abnormality was found when the trolley motor was running.
7. Check whether the steel wire rope is reliable. The steel wire rope is not twisted or worn; Check the number of broken wires. If the scrap standard is met, replace it with a new scrap standard. Check the wear and corrosion of the steel wire rope surface. When the corrosion on the surface of the steel wire rope is greater than 30%, it shall be scrapped and replaced.
