1. lubrication

The working performance and service life of each mechanism of the crane largely depend on lubrication. Lubrication is one of the important contents of the equipment maintenance. The lubrication directly affects the operation of each mechanism and the service life of the parts, as well as the production and production efficiency. Therefore, operators and maintenance personnel shall regularly check the lubrication of the lubrication points of the equipment, and supplement and replace the lubricant on time.

The principle to be followed for lubrication and maintenance: where there is a dynamic fit between shaft and hole, as well as the mechanical part with friction surface, it should be lubricated regularly. 2. steel wire rope

Check the rim and tread regularly. When the wear or cracking of the rim reaches 10% of the thickness, replace it with a new wheel.

When the diameter difference between the two driving wheels on the tread exceeds d/600, or there are serious scars on the tread, it shall be polished again.

6. brake

Check once per shift.

The brake shall operate accurately, and the pin shaft shall not be stuck. The brake shoe shall fit the brake wheel correctly, and the brake shoe clearance shall be equal when the brake is released.
